10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Refunds under the Satisfaction Guarantee are available for the Standard and Premium products only. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@selfpetitionpro.com within 7 days of purchase, prior to initiating the attorney review, and prior to exporting any documents. Refunds will not be issued once an attorney review has been initiated or documents have been exported. No refunds are available for other products, tiers, or services.

11. Premium Product Refunds

As a gesture of goodwill, users who purchase the Premium product may also be eligible for a partial refund (up to 75%) if USCIS denies their petition. A Request for Evidence (RFE) is not considered a denial. To qualify, the petition must be filed within 30 days of purchase and must use USCIS Premium Processing. If a Request for Evidence (RFE) is issued, it must be responded to using our platform in order to remain eligible. A refund will not be considered if any RFE was addressed outside our system. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@selfpetitionpro.com within 7 days of receiving a denial notice. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and do not reflect any assessment of the legal merits of your petition.
